All orders will be shipped USPS or UPS as soon as possible. Please provide valid phone number, shipping address, and email address. Your credit card will be processed when your order is shipped. For orders outside the continental US, please contact the store.

Payment Methods:

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and Money Orders. No personal checks will be accepted. Orders can be placed on the website or by phone at 877-574-4077 (toll free). Please provide accurate contact information as you may be contacted regarding your order.

Product Availability:

Every effort is made to ensure that you will receive the product you have selected. However, if we have had an inventory error you will be contacted to see if a suitable product can be substituted or if we can accommodate you in another way.

Return Policy:

Your 100% satisfaction is our #1 goal. If you are not satisfied, items may be returned within 30 days. Refunds will be processed once the returned items are received in the store. Shipping and Handling Fees will not be refunded. A Restocking Fee of 20% of the original purchase price (shipping & handling excluded) will be deducted from the return.

No Returns On:

Cut yardage and Sale items. Books and patterns may not be returned due to copyright laws. All items must be returned in original packaging & in original condition from a smoke free environment or refunds will not be processed. If items are returned with a smoke odor they will be returned to you at your expense.

Cancellation Fee:

Any orders cancelled after being processed will be assessed a fee of $6.00.

Privacy Policy:

All information will be kept confidential and will not be shared with outside entities. Information obtained will be used for the sole purpose of completing your transactions.
